Shipping policy

All of our soaps and skincare products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and prepped for shipping.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.

Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

The Eighth Day Soap Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once handed over to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging/products and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to make changes once an order has shipped.
