Due to the handcrafted and personal hygiene nature of our skincare products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence of the issue. We will gladly issue a replacement or refund for affected items.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 2 hours of purchase, prior to shipment processing.
